Railway Mega Project: Have you ever considered the possibility that travelling from Haryana to Uttar Pradesh could only take a few minutes? Currently, this wish will soon come true. The historic decision made by the Railway Ministry would not only make travel easier but also transform people’s lives. A new high-speed railway line between Haryana and Uttar Pradesh has been approved, and as a result, the gap between the two states will soon be eliminated.
The high-speed rail corridor will be 135 km long
Railway Mega Project: This high-speed rail track will be 135 kilometres long overall. This includes 87 km in Uttar Pradesh and 48 km in Haryana. This route is unique because it avoids the headache of traffic and congestion by passing outside of urban areas rather than through them.
EORC project approved
It has been decided to remove it from outside the Eastern Peripheral Expressway instead of the original plan to bring it inside Ghaziabad city. A high-level meeting in Lucknow, presided over by the Chief Secretary himself, approved the entire initiative, which has been dubbed EORC.
A high-speed railway route will connect big cities
This corridor would connect major, crowded districts including Ghaziabad, Baghpat, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Faridabad, and Sonipat as it travels from Palwal to Sonipat.
Both logistics and traffic will get relief
Railway Mega Project: In addition to passengers, traders and logistical firms will gain from this new railway effort. Although the general public will have the option of quick and easy travel, the strain of freight trains on the highways will also be lessened.
Along this entire corridor, 15 contemporary train stops have been suggested. These will comprise six or seven stations across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Development in Haryana would also pick up speed with the establishment of stations in towns and villages including Malha Mazara, Jatheri, Bhaira Bakipur, Chhayansa, Jawan, and Fatehpur Biloch.
Rail connectivity will increase employment and convenience
Railway Mega Project: These regions will gain a new identity and direction as a result of their connectivity to major cities like Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. High-speed rail is now more than just a technological endeavour; it represents the start of fresh hope and vitality in people’s lives.
